Driver’s Age
For Low Budget, Economy, and Compact categories, drivers must be over 23 years of age. For all other categories, the minimum age of the driver must be 25.
Driving License
Drivers must hold a valid license for at least one year. Greek law requires an International Driving License for all renters who are not citizens of the European Community, excluding citizens of the USA, Australia, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Licenses in characters not readable in English or Greek must be accompanied by an International Driving License.
Minimum Rental
The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours).Fuel: At the time of delivery, the car will have a full tank of fuel. It must be returned with a full tank as well.
Insurance
Rental rates include the following coverage for all authorized drivers: A) Third-party bodily injuries up to €1,300,000 B) Third-party property damages up to €1,300,000.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Upon agreement, additional insurance can be provided and will be indicated on the rental contract. Regardless of CDW selection, the renter is liable for any damage caused to the underside of the car, wheels, tires, and for any loss of the key.
Additional Driver (AD)
Optional and free of charge.
Guarantee
The company reserves the right to request a credit card from the driver upon collection of the car.
Child & Baby Seats
Available upon request at no extra charge.
Ferry Restrictions
Allowed only with prior written authorization from Vidalis Rent a Car.
